This a Performance Improvement Coordinator position with a Behavioral Health Hospital in your market.
If you are an RN who wants to move from a direct care role to a Quality & Performance Improvement position, this position maybe for you.
This position comes with:
- No on-call, just a 40-hour work week

- Will manage data and make it available to the Nurse Managers who then train staff in areas such as: Restraints, Assaults, Falls and De-escalation of difficult behavior
- Must be familiar with JACHO and CMS Regulations
