This is an MDS Coordinator position with a 60 bed SNF near you with a Senior Living Company that has solved the staffing shortage.

Solution to Staffing Shortage: Local CNA training program – 40 CNA’s going thru the program now and over 300 graduates
Generous Salary Increase: 10 -15% increase
Autonomy – You will have the freedom to run the Clinical Reimbursement Department (No micro-management)
